Staff support- Staff wash hands, gargle, and wear masks

- Pick-ups and drop-offs are conducted and handled on a customer-by-customer basis, avoiding groups.
Cleaning support- Rooms are sanitized and cleaned on a case-by-case basis.
- Linens, towels and laundry are washed according to local authority guidelines
- After cleaning, rooms are sealed until guest arrival.
- Accommodations are cleaned by professional cleaners.
- Guests can refuse cleaning service.
- All plates, cutlery, cups, and other utensils are sanitized
- Seal linens, etc. in plastic bags upon collection after use. Replace with laundered and disinfected items.
- Prepare at least enough towels for the number of people in your party so that you do not use all of them during your stay.
- Garbage is disposed of in sealed plastic bags
Check-in and check-out support
- Room check-in is in place.
- Room checkout is in place.
Room Support- Disinfectant solution in each guest room.
- Room occupancy is controlled below a certain level to avoid congestion.
- At least 24 hours between check-out and next check-in
Responding to Guests- Requesting disinfection (e.g., alcohol disinfection) when coming to the hospital
